I love me a bomber. I really do. Don’t get me started on this dreamy Acne bomber.
I wanted to shake things up a bit, so recently picked up this Alpha bomber from ASOS. I love the longline length, and I do wax nostalgic with Alpha jackets, as I used to wear vintage parkas from Alpha back in the 90s. Great to see the brand fitting right in here in 2016. This shade of green is perfect with denim, black & white stripes (which are a huge staple in my wardrobe) and some trainers. Kudos to the stylist at ASOS for getting this look spot on. They currently have an extra 10% off clearance items so there are some great bargains to be had! For some alternative bombers, scroll down.
How cute is this pink bomber from Romwe . At just over £18 it’s a real steal and could jazz up a monochromatic wardrobe without being too overly colour-rich.
I browsed Zara the other day and was drooling over this cutie. Yes Zara often knock off other designer items , but this one is such a cool tribute to Anya Hindmarsh’s sticker motif bags — at a great price point too, I find it hard to resist. So adorable.

I’ve decided I need to start using a backpack again. Not only are they super stylish but they’re better for my back and neck. After travelling 18,000 miles over the Christmas holidays, I realised I can’t run through airports with an across-body bag laden with all sorts of junk.
I’ve been browsing the sales furiously and came across 2 similar and cool leather mini-backpacks. One for a fraction of the price as the other.
now :£90.00 original: £180.00

I love me a bargain. I really do. I’d love to have a wardrobe full of full-price luxury items but it’s just not realistic or sensible. Growing up we didn’t always have a lot of money but my mother instilled in me the artistry of digging a bit to find something similar or just as good for a bargain of a price. I still practice this today. The key is to still find something you really like. If you’re not really going to wear the piece much, don’t bother as it still won’t be value for money.
Here’s an example of a bomber jacket. I saw some cute ones online but eventually came across this adorable Gap bomber from the GapKids department. With a sale price and a discount code I got it including shipping for about £25. I bought a boys size XXL which is about an age 13, and despite the fact I’m 5 foot 10 inches it still fits me in the length and arms just fine.

Matches is my go-to site (and shop) to browse over lust-worthy fashion.
During the sales I’ve managed to find some great bargains, including an amazing Etoile Isabel Marant leather. I have a store credit so I’ve been trying to find an item that I really like that doesn’t go over the top budget-wise.
I came across this lovely sweatshirt that just gives me the giggles every time I see it. Plus I love anything to do with Hawaii ! Hang loose brah!
This would accompany my usual uniform of black skinny jeans, and either converse or biker boots. It’s chilly in London again, as Spring hasn’t totally arrived, so this should do nicely!
As it does warm up it’s the obvious thing to throw over some cutoff jeans shorts and leather sandals as a warm day turns cool.
got a lot of positive feedback about this from my private page
so thought I’d share my ensemble
